Erle Dardick is best known for providing turn-around strategies to multi-unit restaurant operators and food manufacturers.  For years he’s been helping our community members leverage their existing assets to drive new revenue channels. After owning and running a very successful retail deli and catering operation, Erle founded MonkeyMedia Software to provide web-based software, strategy and education services to multi-unit restaurant operators and food manufacturers. Erle resides in Vancouver, BC and holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Mo joined MonkeyMedia in 2007, bringing 18 years of software development and management experience.  He is a specialist in attracting and retaining talented resources of different skill-sets in building dynamic teams in a variety of environments; defining and implementing technical and operational processes to help those teams be highly effective.  Mo has a BSc in Computer Science degree and is a MonkeyMedia shareholder.

A founding member and MonkeyMedia shareholder, Min is an analyst, developer and food industry workflow expert.  As our chief client solutions architect, Min performs business requirements analysis, and translates of those requirements into Monkey functionality.

Mark has 20 years experience as a Client Services specialist in the technology sector. He started his career in Sales and marketing, and quickly found his niche in helping clients succeed in the implementation of complex technology solutions.  Mark was previously Vice President of Client Services in a Vancouver SAAS company and is now part of the MonkeyMedia executive team.

Lisa DeFeo is a Business Analyst at MonkeyMedia Software with a focus on Multi-Unit Restaurant Catering Operations. As Head of MonkeyCateringEducation she is responsible for sharing the company’s catering expertise with the community. Since 1990 Lisa worked for Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Boston Market where her roles included Regional Operations Training Manager, Senior Sales Consultant and National Accounts Manager. In her current role, Lisa acts as an advisor to multi-unit restaurant operators who are developing a catering program or have a catering program that could be improved.
