MonkeyMedia Software has introduced the MonkeyCatering 3.0 restaurant-based catering software program, which enables total management and control of all aspects of a catering and delivery business – from sales and ordering to production, labelling, delivery and account management. It is designed for high-volume QSR, fast-casual and deli-catering operations whether they are single-unit, multi-unit or hub operations. Erle Dardick, CEO of MonkeyMedia Software, said, “Done right, catering can easily represent upwards of 30 percent of total revenue. Using dedicated software to run the business is the next logical step.” The company’s customers include well-known U.S.-based multi-unit chains such as Boudin Bakery, San Francisco Soup Company, Bread & Company, and Willy’s Mexicana Grill.
